Property Owners & Terlingua Ranch Resort ...

The resort facilities of Terlingua Ranch include a motel of 32 rooms, 20 RV hookup sites, campgrounds, restaurant, swimming pool and bathhouse, laundry and a natural surface airstrip. We also sell potable (chlorinated) & non-potable (not chlorinated) water, and ice. Property owners in good standing receive certain discounts on prices charged for the use of the facilities. Please be sure to ask our front desk personnel when making reservations.

Keys for the pool and bathhouse are available to property owners in good standing on annual membership basis as well as day use. This year the annual fee is ^$25 and the day use fee is ^$1 per day. Non-property owner rates are ^$100 annually and ^$5 per day. Keys are available at the ranch office, 8 am to 5 pm, Sunday through Saturday.
