Message from the President – June 2010 - Tanya M. Phillips, 2010 Board President

Hello Fellow Property Owners,

I hope that all of the property owners are enjoying the use of the ranch facilities, wifi, pool, laundry and bathhouse.

We have the new landscape tractor (which was traded for one of the HUGE road graders) and all who have used it say it's a "sweet machine".  We hope to utilize this equipment more efficiently and know that it can accomplish "road building" much better.

I am sure you all know by now that our new General Manager, Frank Autrey, started a few weeks ago and he is enjoying the ranch as much as we all do!  Please stop by the office and introduce yourself soon!  Andrea is our new Property Owner Services Rep, she is a pleasant addtion to our staff at the ranch, please welcome her as well.

Both Marbert and Linda continue to volunteer many hours at the ranch.  Please give them your thanks.  We are still seeking a new accounting staff member, please apply online.

Please remember to get your day permits at the office for visiting the Christmas Mountains.  Please use common sense safety rules and bring LOTS of water when hiking, it's HOT here now!!!
