Message from the President – February 2011 - Tanya M. Phillips, 2011 Board President Hello Fellow Property Owners, The property owners voted to re-elect board members Frank Oxsheer and Jeff Daly to the 2011 Board. The owners also voted in 2 new directors, Dori Ramsay and Vern Stump, who have stepped into the Secretary and the Vice President Officer positions. I was re-voted in as President and Mr. Moore was re-voted in as Treasurer. We are looking forward to serving the owners for another year! The board hired a new Ranch Manager who began on Monday February 14th, 2011 ~ Steve Chene The water systems have been going through some repairs and cleaning and are back online as of yesterday. We are currently creating the committee chairs, task forces, etc. and getting ready to start soliciting property owners to serve with us in these work groups. Please consider volunteering your times and talents. Pam Gordon is our new front desk manager and she is working on getting things more organized all the way around, she is doing a great job! We currently have 2 positions open at the ranch for part-full time employment: Bookkeeper - 24-32 hours a week Equipment Operator - 32-40 hours a week. Please fill out the application you can download from our website and turn it in the Ranch Manager.
