Andrea, our Property Owner Services representative is here to help property owners with ownership changes, assessment billing and accounting questions, and information as to the privileges and obligations of Association membership.

The 2010 annual assessment of $155.70 which is a $0.38 increase from 2009 was billed as of January 1, 2010. The assessment is due when billed and becomes delinquent and subject to $10 late fee if unpaid as of April 15, 2010. If you have not received your assesment statement by January 20, 2010, please contact the Property Services office.

The CPI was calculated as being 0.242 percent increase based on the average of the previous 12 months.  The data is derived from the following:   Bureau of Labor Statistics, Databases and Tables, Southwest MSA, Consumer Price Index, All Urban Consumers, South Urban Area, Not Seasonally Adjusted, 12 Months Percent Change.
