The assessment is due when billed and becomes delinquent and subject to interest charges if unpaid as of April 1, 2010. If you have not received your assesment statement by January 20, 2010, please contact the Property Services office. The CPI was calculated as being 0.242 percent increase based on the average of the previous 12 months.
