The POATRI Strategic Plan is meant to provide a roadmap to assist in making both short term and long term decisions regarding the future of Terlingua Ranch. The Plan focuses on four areas to meet our Vision for the future:

• Fiscal responsibility
• Road rehabilitation programs
• Resort for owners & low-impact visitors
• Improved communication with owners

The update reports available on this page are a result of our efforts to improve communications with our owners and members. The reports are made twice a year to the POATRI Board of Directors and made available to the membership here. Reporting is done on four important aspects of our continuing objectives:

• Collections Report
• Road Plan Report
• Resort Report
• Budget Report
• New SPSC Road Development, Repair & Maintenance Report
