The board held an emergency electronic board meeting for the purpose of voting on a motion to substitute our attorneys of record for POATRI on the 3 cases before the courts; 1.  Poatri vs. Suber,  2. Poatri vs. Mead 3.  Braun vs. Poatri, 
(to include the pending mediation with Suber)
The motions are as follows:
 
1.  I make a motion that the board substitute David Moore as the attorney of record in the mediation, and litigation if necessary, of the gating lawsuit with Marion Craig Suber. - Motion by Tanya Phillips
